If you have Extended Health Insurance, we will accept direct billing if your policy allows it. If the carrier only pays part of the fee for service, the rest of the fee is payable at the time of service. If your plan does not allow direct payment, then payment is due at the time of service. An invoice will be provided for insurer reimbursement or tax purposes.
We do not allow bundled treatment packages and billings to insurers will only be done at the time of service.
Some of the treatments may not be covered in some plans. For example, shockwave treatments are not recognized as a claim and must be submitted under the practitioner’s license.
To prevent surprises, please be sure to contact your insurer to ask for details of your coverage and if direct billing is allowed on your plan. Or if you like, our staff can contact your carrier for you prior to starting your treatment.
If you do not have coverage, please know that health-related services can be used as a tax deduction.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time!
